Yes, this is something we can do. But we only do it for select clients. And it’s usually after we feel comfortable about the strategy we’ve put in place. The reason why we approach it this way is because we don’t want to make it difficult to secure deals, retain them, and make sure Ad performance is on par (plus, reputations are on the line).
It's like cooking a complex meal without the recipe. It definitely could be done, but we're making it harder on ourselves than we should.
Let’s say you’re current Ad products are underperforming for your clients. You’re having difficulty retaining your partners… revenue is down. We’d come in, and identify the disconnects. Is it an audience interest issue? Could there be deliverability problems? Has our creative gone stale? Do we need a full redesign of our Ad product suite?
